SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS TOS") govern your use of the Short Message Service ("SMS") communication features offered by IntegratedNewMedia ("we," "us," or "our") to communicate directly with our team members. By opting into or participating in our SMS communications, you agree to these SMS TOS and our general Privacy Policy.

1. SMS Communication Purpose You may use our SMS service to engage in direct, two-way conversations with IntegratedNewMedia team members for purposes including, but not limited to: * Requesting and receiving customer support. * Making inquiries about our services or your account. * General communication related to your interactions with IntegratedNewMedia. * Internal communication between employees and designated company numbers.

This service is intended for conversational, person-to-person interactions. We will not send branded automated marketing messages through this service unless you have separately opted into such a program.

2. Texting Cadence Message frequency will vary as it is based on direct, conversational exchanges initiated by you or by our team members in response to your inquiries or ongoing discussions. You will only receive messages relevant to your active conversation or support request.

3. Consent and Opt-In By sending an SMS message to an IntegratedNewMedia phone number or by otherwise providing your mobile phone number to us for the purpose of SMS communication, you consent to receive SMS messages from us in reply, including an initial message confirming your desire to communicate via text. For employee-to-employee communication, consent is implied by the nature of the employment relationship and the use of company-provided communication tools.

4. Opt-Out Instructions You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages from a specific IntegratedNewMedia number at any time. To stop receiving messages, text STOP to the number from which you are receiving messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that particular number unless you re-initiate communication. If you wish to opt-out from all IntegratedNewMedia SMS communications, please contact us as described in Section 7.

5. HELP Information For help at any time regarding SMS communications with an IntegratedNewMedia number, text HELP to the number from which you are receiving messages. You can also seek assistance by contacting us as described in Section 7.

6. Message and Data Rates Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent or received as part of our SMS communications, as provided in your mobile telephone service plan. IntegratedNewMedia is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

8. Privacy Policy Your participation in our SMS communications is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. 9. Changes to SMS TOS We reserve the right to modify these SMS TOS at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised SMS TOS to our website. Your continued use of our SMS services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new SMS TOS. We encourage you to review these SMS TOS periodically.

10. Governing Law These SMS TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, USA.
