In the spring of 2002, we were again looking for a talented individual to join our team.  When we met David, we were amazed by his tremendous level of passion and expertise.  It was no surprise when we discovered his history in the industry. By the age of eight David had taught himself QBasic and was programming his own video games.  By ten he was building his own computers with left over parts.  By fifteen he'd started a freelance web development company and was landing clients such as University of  Wisconsin Green Bay and Herlash Auto.  By seventeen he'd designed and implemented a streaming video website for none other than Summerfest.  And yes, at seventeen he was also in his Junior year of college... However, David is far more than just a talented programmer.  From an early age,  he needed to market his talents, and to do so began a number of successful companies prior to his twenty-first birthday. In doing this he had first-hand exposure to client relations and the complexities of managing a project. While none of his businesses became a household name, his reputation as a developer certainly did get around, and in the summer of 2002, we were able to finally hire him. In addition to his award-winning work for our clients, Sargento Foods, Activision, and VIZID, David has been the technology lead on over thirty state-of-the-art back-end systems for major institutions ranging from universities, banks and insurance companies, to tattoo parlors and spas. His love is the technology and systems that underlie a company's needs. His passion is discovering the perfect marriage between problem and solution. Regardless of the project, client, or industry, David finds the solutions that make your investment in technology worthwhile. David's role in TeamINM is directly related to both his entrepreneurial and technology backgrounds. He specializes in working as a technology liaison between our clients and our development team, starting with establishing client needs and goals on the client side, and ending with construction documents, code, and team leadership on the development side. His thorough background in over thirty programming platforms and languages enables him to seamlessly translate project expectations to everyone involved in a project.
